Hi, I’m Ephraim! I help mission-driven organizations make data-informed decisions.

I’m a former campaign staffer turned data practitioner and technologist. Currently, I focus on building technical tools that drive social impact through the use of Data Science and Analytics.

Previously, I served as the Data Director for the 501(c)(3) & 501 (c)(4) coalition tables in Arizona where I led the data department to provide comprehensive support to 40+ non-profit, civic engagement, and advocacy organizations statewide. My team delivered technical services such as data analytics, visualization, technical training, and CRM and tool administration. Prior to this, I honed my skills as a data analyst and data lead for the Arizona Democratic Party, specializing in GIS for mapping and data analytics to better track and visualize stories and trends during the redistricting process.

I am deeply passionate about leveraging data to make a positive impact and bringing more women and people of color into the data space. I have served as a coach, data trainer, speaker, and facilitator for Instituto, Arena Academy, Generation Data, Coding It Forward, and Second Day.

Before diving into the data world, I was a field organizer for various campaigns and causes engaging in door-to-door voter mobilization, voter registration, and local community empowerment efforts. In 2020, I served as the campaign manager for the most competitive legislative district in the state of Arizona achieving a historic victory. This was the first time in over a decade that the district was flipped, and I became the first woman, the first person of color, and the first campaign manager to make this happen. My team’s efforts led to the only legislative district flip in Arizona during the 2020 election cycle.

I’m proficient in SQL, GIS, Python, CRM management, various BI tools, and spreadsheets. I welcome opportunities to connect and collaborate. If you’d like to get in touch please contact me on Linkedin!
